The vice prime minister of Ukraine has appealed the OpenAI corporation to provide ChatGPT for all Ukrainian citizens in a letter. Currently, ChatGPT is banned in countries which are under sanctions or in conflict, for instance China, Russia, Afghanistan, Belarus, Venezuela, and Iran.
