Yesterday at huge gathering of Ethereum community in Tel Aviv was announced that the most prolific Zero Knowledge software for scaling Ethereum is supposed to become open-source. The STARK Prover is an engine which generates cryptographic proofs and compress hundreds of thousands of transactions for submission to Ethereum in fewer kilobytes than a smartphone photo. Eli Ben-Sasson, President and co-founder at StarkWare, told a crowd of 500 blockchain developers and industry leaders: “Every step we take to provide infrastructure, and to make it accessible and decentralized, is a catalyst for devs to build.” He also called this technology a magic wand!
