Snap Inc. has introduced a new business unit called AR Enterprise Services (ARES) which provides retailers with augmented reality shopping tools, and also allows consumers to virtually try on different kinds of clothes at home. Through this technology, retailers can increase their sales conversion rates and minimize return rates. First solution of ARES “Shopping Suite” includes a Fit Finder; Clothing, Eyewear, and Footwear Try-On technology; and 3D Viewer technology. By AR technology, they all provide a virtual space for consumers to try on products more accurately.
